TRSubC — Inspection of submerged structures

Inspection of submerged structures.

Bridges, locks, quays, retaining walls and treatment plants: a condition, measurements, a report.

What is under water cannot be seen from the bank. We inspect the submerged part of your structures and give you a report your engineering office can use directly, not an impression.

What is at stake

Scour only shows when it is too late.

Scour

The current digs at the foot of piers and walls. Found early, it can be treated; found late, it puts the structure at risk.

Corrosion and concrete

Reinforcement, sheet piles and steel parts deteriorate under water with no visible sign at the surface.

The unusable report

An inspection without measurements or reference points does not support a decision. Your engineer must be able to size the repair from the report.

Our work

See, measure, report.

Structures in Switzerland, Germany, Austria and France, on lakes, rivers and canals.

What you receive

A plan, a date, a report.

1

Before

We come and look at the structure. You receive a written work plan, a date and a price, fitted to your operations.

2

During

A daily update. Every dive is measured and recorded as it happens.

3

After

A report: the condition of the structure, what was done, what will need a further intervention and when.

Respect. In Switzerland, every dive follows the Ordinance on the safety of workers when working in pressurised environments (SR 832.311.12): safety concept (Art. 6), emergency and rescue plan, regularly drilled (Art. 7), treatment chamber on site as soon as the planned decompression exceeds fifteen minutes (Art. 21). In France, the Labour Code (Art. R4461-1 et seq.) and the orders of 14 May 2019; in Germany and Austria, the national accident-prevention rules. Our public liability insurance covers every job: the certificate comes with every offer.
